Bas-Relief Tagua Bracelet Handmade

Ten tagua spheres are dyed gray, yellow and black and symmetrically placed in an elastic cord. The six spheres in gray are hand carved in bas-relief creating a cool textural detail, contrasting the gray color with the natural ivory color of the tagua seed. This tagua bracelet is a truly original and uncommon piece that goes well with any outfit. All the beads used are sustainable, organic, vegan and biodegradable: 100% vegetable ivory (Tagua seeds)

Each Tagua seed is unique, like a fingerprint, slight variations in color, shape and size are natural characteristics of all our products and should be expected. Individual uniqueness is guaranteed. When ripe, tagua seeds are harvested and dried for 6 to 9 months. After losing all their moisture they become rock solid resembling ivory in color, texture and hardness, hence their nickname: “Vegetable Ivory”. At this point the hard seeds are polished, dyed, cut and shaped into beautiful beads that become Muichic’s natural jewelry.
